When can I expect my order?
After your order is placed you will receive an e-mail from us with the order number listed on your receipt. Here at Pikoda the average collar order takes about 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to make your order. We would always contact you should a problem arise where we could not meet that timeline. Please understand your collar doesn't come to us with your dog's exact details on it. We make all orders custom to your dog's needs and that takes time. Obviously, any changes you request on your order would add time to the schedule. We ship our orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail which typically adds an additional 2-3 days to our processing time once shipped. We work hard to get your order out as soon as we can but since all orders are custom made we make no guarantees to get it to you by a certain date. You can expect your order 6-8 business days from the time you place your order to arrival at your home. 

You can follow your order status by logging into your account and clicking onto “order status”. This will advise you where in the stage of processing your order is. “Processing” means that your order has been received, materials are gathered, embroidering is underway, collar assembly is taking place, or completed and on to quality control. "Pending" means the same as "Processing" and we have to manually set your order to Processing. This is usually the case if you were the receipient of a free collar/leash/tag from one of our contests.

How can I tell if my order has shipped?
It’s easy! Simply log into your account. If it says “processing” it has not yet been shipped. Once completed your order is packaged for shipping and sent on its way. At this point, the order status will be changed to “complete”. You will automatically receive an email from us with your USPS tracking number. Pikoda offers you the bonus of FREE SHIPPING for this method. Once Pikoda has shipped your order USPS Priority Mail takes an additional 2-3 business days for a total of 6-8 business days from the point of ordering to the point you receive it. Once your order is in the hands of USPS it is released from our control. We make no guarantees to get your order to you by a certain date with our free shipping method. If you have selected “expedited shipping” you can expect to receive your order from USPS in less time. However, there is a nominal fee applied with that option.

What if I need to receive my order by a certain date?
Here at Pikoda we offer free shipping for all regular ordering. This is a huge benefit for our customers because shipping rates change often and is usually expensive. Our free shipping policy usually takes 6-8 business days from order date to receipt at your door. If you need an order sooner than that we do offer you another option EXPEDITED SHIPPING. This means for a nominal fee you can receive your order within 1-2 business days from the order date. The cost for EXPEDITED SHIPPING is calculated on our website during the checkout portion of your ordering process. This will allow you to view the total cost you would incur for this method. The only thing we ask is that you place your order on our website by 2PM EST on the date you plan to order. This should give us enough time to make your custom order perfectly and send it on to you as quickly as possible. Pikoda is located on the east coast and most east cost shipments can be received in 1 day. West coast shipments may take up to 2 days. Which shipping company do you use?
Pikoda ships all packages by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Saturday delivery and tracking information at no extra charge! Please email sales@pikoda.com if you have any questions or special requests.

What happens if I measure incorrectly and order the wrong size collar?
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. Our products are custom made and it is your responsibility to view our collar size guide and order the right size for your dog. Please contact us if you need help determining your dog's size before you place your order! It is VERY important to have the correct size collar on your dog.

What happens if Pikoda sends me the wrong size collar?
Please accept our apologies and notify us immediately. We will correct your order as soon as possible at no charge to you.

How are your products made?
All of our products are handmade by the Pikoda Staff here in the USA. We use a heavy duty polyester thread to sew on the hardware and a high quality embroidery thread for our personalized collars and leashes. We triple reinforce our stitches to ensure the best quality when sewing on the collar hardware. We have German Shepherds and make each collar whether its for a toy or giant breed like it was for one of our own dogs.

Privacy and Security
Pikoda.com values your privacy and has taken measures to provide a safe shopping expierence. We do NOT share any information to outside parties. In addition, we use Paypal for our credit card transactions; therefore, we do not keep any credit card information.

Returns and Replacements
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will do everything in our power to ensure you are completely satisfied. If your order is lost in the mail we will replace your order! You may return the product if you are unhappy with your purchase. However, shipping costs will be YOUR responsibility. Please contact us for instructions.
